Use of the “Third Person”
This is when you talk about yourself in the “Third Person”, i.e. writing something in your profile like: “Nick is a strong manager, admired by all his colleagues” Trust me, it makes you sound unhinged. Much better would be: “A strong manager, able to lead teams in achieving goals”
