If upon receipt of your first draft you decide that the work we have carried out is not to your satisfaction, simply email us stating that you would like a refund and your payment will be refunded in full – no quibble.
This request must be by email and must be within 48 hours of our emailing of the first draft CV we produce.
Please note that copyright of the work carried out will remain with us and should you subsequently use the CV produced you will become liable for payment.
